| i start to suck at this after a while.
idk - theres not much to say.
i guess it hasn't really hit me that its summer yet.. i'm still not able to sleep in.
not cool.
i have to work 14 hours on friday.. not sure how i feel about that but i need the money so i can get my license.

| yeahyeahyeah.
so yesterday i woke up at like 5:30 am.
and i went to the stevenson building behind burbank pool.
i had an interview and i totally nailed it. it was pretty awesome.
and then i got called back for the water test at 3.
so yeah, then i went to reavis and we had to do a 200 meter swim. i totally pooped out but i kept going. its been 6 months since swim season.
and then we had to tread water by egg beater. no hands. that was so easy. i couldve kept on going. he could tell that i have played water polo before.
then after that we had to get a brick from the bottom of the deep end. it was feet first, and no jumping off so we basically had to use all arms. so yeah. we were only supposed to do it in 2 tries, but i did it in 3. i think that proved to him something i said in my interview. i told him that i don't give up. i dont care how many times it takes me to get something, i give my all and i finish what i start.
but yeah, i finally got it.
and then i had to go to relay for life -- so i didnt sleep until about 6am. so i was up for 24 and a half hours.
but at like 8:30 my sister called lauren.. and she talked to me.
she told me that the manager dude called her and told her i have the job.
so now i have a week long certification process. but its all good. i'm happy that i got it.
but yeah. i'm tired and i have a headache. |
